Please note that we are supplying the lilac incostress from now on. It is exactly the same silicone, made in the same clean-room in the UK and is exactly the same as the clear silicone, only difference is colour.
IncoStress stops those embarrassing leaks caused by coughing, sneezing, lifting etc, it also helps you identify pelvic floor muscles so you can start naturally kegel whilst going about your daily activities.
How does it work?
Insert IncoStress the same method as a tampon, push up as far as it will go.
IncoStress supports the urethra (the tube which allows urine to escape from the bladder). This support gently closes the urethra on abdominal pressure such as exercising, coughing, sneezing etc and prevents the involuntary loss of urine.
The clever ergonomic shape helps you identify the pelvic floor muscles and creates a 'kegel' allowing you to gently internally exercise naturally.
Use it day and night or simply when required.
Size is important. The IncoStress is 2.5mm wide and 5.5mm long.
Other uses for IncoStress
Pelvic Organ Prolapse : It can also be used to support a mild cyctocele (prolapse of the bladder) and rectocele (prolapse of the bowel). Please note that if the pelvic floor structure is too weak you may experience it slipping out, we recommend in this case to use it during sleep as a support and seek physiotherapy for correct pelvic floor treatment. Please note that it is not suitable if you have a uterine prolapse.
Nocturia : Getting up several times a night to go to the toilet can have detrimental effects on ones daily life. IncoStress can be used safely throughout the night and as it supports the urethra it prevents the mechanics of wanting to void, giving you a peaceful night.
Over Active Bladder (OAB) : IncoStress is being used to help women stabilize their bladder, because of the urethral support it offers, it allows more time to get to the bathroom, it may also help stabilize the premature contractions of the detrusor muscle over time.
Pelvic Toner : Use IncoStress to exercise the pelvic floor (it is not a replacement for physiotherapy and we strongly recommend you use IncoStress in conjunction with physiotherapy treatment.

Was advised by the staff here to see my doctor or physio before buying it from them. My physio examined me and said it may or may not help my cystocele. I dont want surgery so I'm happy to try anything.
It has helped somewhat, at the end of the day I do feel it slipping down but for most of the day it does support the prolapse.
I'm hoping with physiotherapy and this gadget I can get some quality of life.
I gave a 5 star rating due to the fantastic open and honest service this company offered.
I love this product. I've been using it for about 18 months and since I started using it I am completly dry. I've even managed to go back dancing.
Couldn't be without it
I bought my incostress directly from you and was very pleased with the timeliness in its arrival. My specific problem has been uncontrollable incontinence during high stress runs. Although I have not had the opportunity to use it in a race yet, I gave it a pretty serious test yesterday. An early morning 4 mile run, at race pace with a couple significant hills. Before my run I had 2 cups of coffee and 20oz. water. Absolutely no problems. I am very HAPPY and pleased w/ this purchase!!
This product gave me my life back. I no longer need to use incontinence pads.
I love the fact I can use it at night also.
Thank you for a great service.
