Delivery

Delivery charges are inclusive of 20% VAT for the UK and EU. No VAT is charged on countries outside the EU

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping continent ie if you have a USA shipping address and submit a UK postage we can not ship until the correct shipping fee has been paid

We will do our very best to get your order dispatched within 24 hours but can not always guarantee this due to levels of orders and holidays. We reserve the rights to abide by the laws of distance selling laws to dispatch within 30 days.

UK courier service: We use My Hermes or UPS fully tracked from booking to delivery from booking to delivery.
Rest of the world : We use Royal Mail,  UPS or DHL
Please note that a valid telephone number is required on all tracked international and European deliveries. Failure to provide a telephone number will result in a delay in your order due to paperwork restrictions

We strongly recommend you send orders overseas via a tracking system.

Additional items to the order are charged at only  £1.00 per item on royal mail postage.
Regardless of the amount of products/weight the courier service remains the same price.
There is no additional postage charge applied to satin bags or hygiene containers

Customs and Import Clearance: 
Overseas customers: We do not have any control over import duties and customs clearance once it reaches your destination country. There may or may not be customs charges which you may incur from your countries customs clearance. Please read our T&Cs for full information.

Goods being posting from the UK to another EU nation do not require customs documentation. The exceptions to this are the following EU destinations:

    Channel Islands - Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark.
    Andorra.
    Canary Islands.
    Gibraltar.
    San Marino.
    Vatican City State

Returns
We have a 14 day returns period, money back no quibble guarantee on products which have not been opened.
The 14 day return period begins from the date our product arrives at your premises.

Before you return the item please contact us as you will need to fill in a RMA form, it will be important to have your order number as your reference.

Returns sent to our warehouse without prior notification may not reach us as we  have a clinical warehouse and not all returns are allowed into this area, hence the necessity of the RMA form to instruct our warehouse team where to direct your return within our company.

Error product
We are all human and sometimes human error may occur. If we have sent you the wrong product by mistake we of course apologise in advance. Please let us know immediately and we will arrange collection or will send you a first class stamp to return it back, where we will re-send the correct product.
