We will do our very best to get your order dispatched within 24 hours but can not always guarantee this due to levels of orders and holidays. We reserve the rights to abide by the laws of distance selling laws to dispatch within 30 days.
All our parcels come with a tracking number and are always opted to send to the address given. Royal Mail and Hermes can sometimes deliver to a neighbour if you are not home or they will deliver to a safe place, this sadly is out of our control, even though we instruct them only deliver to the person's letterbox. If you wish to nominate a neighbour please inform us at time of placing the order.
Sending high value via Hermes or Royal Mail.
Our contract with you is to get your parcel delivered to your in the way you opted for. If you opt for Hermes or Royal Mail Tracked, this is not
a signed for service. We strongly recommend all high value items be shipped via courier signed for as if a parcel is showing delivered we assume full delivery and our contract with you has been fulfilled.
If you opt for Hermes or Royal Mail tracked service you accept all the conditions of this service. ie it may be delivered to another address without your permission, delivered on the Hermes or Royal Mail system you agree it has been delivered.
Overseas shipping via Royal Mail option
We will always provide you with a tracking number. Please be aware that shipping via Royal Mail from the UK to overseas, your parcel will be tracked as far as Royal Mail hand over to the overseas postal service. You can further track this via https://www.aftership.com
Due to customs regulations, your parcel may be held in your country customs for inspection. We have no authority or way to clear customs for you via your opted Royal Mail delivery service. This can only be done via the courier service TNT or UPS. If you chose NOT to provide a phone number via Royal Mail service this may hinder you receiving your parcel as customs will expect to have a contact number. Please ensure you provide a phone number when placing your order.
What happens if you haven't received your parcel and its still showing delivered?
We open a full investigation with the courier and will ask you to take further steps to check if your parcel isn't with someone else or left in a safe place. We will do our utmost to resolve this.

We strongly recommend you send any high value orders via courier service.
Using Royal Mail for overseas, we can not guarantee how long the local mail service will take to arrive.
Regardless of the amount of products/weight the courier service remains the same price.
Customs and Import Clearance:
Overseas customers: We do not have any control over import duties and customs clearance once it reaches your destination country. There may or may not be customs charges which you may incur from your countries customs clearance. Please read our T&Cs for full information.
Should you refuse to pay the import duties, the items will be returned back to us. We will incur return charges from the courier which will be passed to you and deducted from your refund.
Refunds will only be issued once we have the goods returned and inspected.
Goods being posting from the UK to another EU nation do not require customs documentation. The exceptions to this are the following EU destinations:
Channel Islands - Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark.

The 14 day return period begins from the date our product arrives at your premises.
Before you return the item please contact us as you will need to fill in a RMA form, it will be important to have your order number as your reference.
Returns sent to our warehouse without prior notification may not reach us as we have a clinical warehouse and not all returns are allowed into this area, hence the necessity of the RMA form to instruct our warehouse team where to direct your return within our company.
